Assessment of your PC and Calibration of Diagnostic Monitors for DAP certification for your MI department requirements for home reporting. I will provide a report for approval by your MI QC Coordinator if required.

(PACS and FFI installation and integration for VCH, PHSA, PHC, and FHA systems included if required).

Install and Integration for:

VCH - Philips PACS with FFI ver 4.39
PHSA - Philips PACS with FFI ver 4.39
PHC - Interviewer PACS with FFI ver 4.39
FHA - GE PACS with FFI ver 4.39.2
RE-ASSESSMENT
Price $200 + GST (min. 1 Hour)
If initial re-assessment fails or MI Dept requires more information.

ABOUT ME
My name is Ray and I am an Assessor that can Certify your home workstation for home reporting. I come to your home or clinic and perform QC on the Radiology Workstation and Complete a DICOM Calibration to your diagnostic monitors.

Just a little background history, I am currently a PACS Admin for Vancouver Coastal Health at BCCA, MSJ and SPH Sites. I have over 4 years of Monitor QC experience.
​
I started out at VGH as an X-Ray Tech in 2003 and moved on into IR, Cardiac IR, and CT before moving into Radiology IT.
​
I am licensed with Business BC and am registered with the CRA and will provide you with an official receipt for tax purposes.
